Welcome to Muah.
These Muah Coins & Digital Purchases Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase, receipt, and use of virtual coins ("Coins") and other digital content, features, products, and services made available through the Muah application and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by WISERING PTE. LTD. ("Muah", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, receiving, or using Coins or digital content within the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Virtual Coins and Digital Content
Muah may offer virtual Coins and various digital products or features that can be accessed, unlocked, or consumed within the Services.
Coins and digital content are provided solely for personal entertainment use within Muah and:
• Have no cash value;
• Are not a bank account, payment instrument, or financial product;
• Cannot be redeemed for money or monetary value;
• Cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or gifted outside the Services;
• Do not represent any ownership interest in Muah or its assets.
The purchase of Coins grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use such Coins within the Services in accordance with these Terms.
All rights, title, and interests in and to the Coins, digital content, and Services remain the exclusive property of WISERING PTE. LTD. and its licensors.
2. Purchasing Coins
Coins may be purchased through one or more of the following methods:
• Apple In-App Purchase;
• Google Play Billing;
• Authorized third-party payment providers;
• Other payment methods officially supported by Muah.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, operating system, platform policies, or account eligibility.
Before completing any purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing, taxes, fees, and purchase details presented during checkout.
All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or expressly permitted under these Terms.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
Coins and digital products are delivered electronically.
In most cases, purchased Coins will be credited to your account immediately after successful payment confirmation.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to:
• Network interruptions;
• Platform verification procedures;
• Payment processing reviews;
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
If purchased Coins are not received within a reasonable period, you may contact customer support for assistance.
4. Use of Coins
Coins may be used to access or unlock features available within Muah, including but not limited to:
• Premium conversations;
• Exclusive interactions;
• Digital content;
• Photos and videos;
• Virtual gifts;
• Other premium features made available within the Services.
The number of Coins required for specific features may change at any time.
Once Coins have been used to obtain a digital feature, service, or content item, the transaction is generally considered completed and cannot be reversed.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing the Coin cost associated with a feature before confirming its use.
5. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed within the Services may vary based on:
• Geographic region;
• Currency;
• Platform requirements;
• Applicable taxes;
• Promotional activities;
• Exchange rate fluctuations.
The final amount payable will be displayed before purchase confirmation.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges associated with your purchases, unless otherwise required by law.
6. Refund Policy
Purchases Through Apple
For purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies and procedures.
Muah cannot approve, deny, or process refunds for purchases made through Apple.
Purchases Through Google Play
For purchases made through Google Play Billing, refund requests may be subject to Google Play's refund policies and procedures.
Certain refund requests may need to be submitted directly through Google Play.
Purchases Through Authorized Third-Party Payment Providers
For purchases made through authorized third-party payment providers, users may contact Muah customer support regarding refund requests.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
• Applicable laws;
• Payment provider policies;
• Whether purchased Coins have been used;
• The circumstances of the transaction.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, refunds may be denied when:
• Coins or digital content have already been consumed or used;
• The purchase was authorized by the account holder;
• The request is based solely on personal preference or change of mind;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected;
• The user has violated applicable terms or policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
7. Promotional and Bonus Coins
Muah may occasionally provide promotional, bonus, reward, or complimentary Coins.
Promotional Coins may:
• Be subject to additional restrictions;
• Have different usage conditions;
• Expire after a specified period;
• Be modified or revoked if granted in error or obtained improperly.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional Coins may be used before purchased Coins.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, or otherwise invalidated, Muah reserves the right to:
• Remove associated Coins from the account;
• Revoke related digital content or benefits;
• Restrict account access;
• Suspend certain account features;
• Take other actions reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.
Users remain responsible for resolving payment disputes through the appropriate payment provider.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and devices.
Any purchases made through your account will be presumed authorized unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you suspect unauthorized activity, please notify us promptly.
10. Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended, restricted, terminated, deleted, or otherwise closed, your access to Coins and digital content may be limited or removed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
• Unused Coins may be forfeited;
• Digital content access may be terminated;
• No compensation or reimbursement will be provided for unused virtual items.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Coin Balance Adjustments
Muah reserves the right to adjust Coin balances when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:
• Technical errors;
• System malfunctions;
• Incorrect credits;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Payment reversals;
• Administrative mistakes.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any adjustments are fair and proportionate.
12. No Monetary Value
Coins and digital content:
• Do not constitute personal property;
• Do not earn interest;
• Cannot be exchanged for money;
• Cannot be transferred between users except where expressly permitted by Muah.
No monetary value may be claimed for any unused Coins or digital content.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muah shall not be liable for:
• Loss of Coins resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence;
• Service interruptions;
• Platform outages;
• Payment processor failures;
• Network disruptions;
• Delays outside our reasonable control.
In any event, Muah's total liability arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Services or update the Effective Date above.
Your continued use of the Services after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
