This Account Deletion Policy explains how users of muah (“the App”) can request the deletion of their account and what happens to their information after a deletion request is submitted.

1.Requesting Account Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their muah account at any time through the account settings within the App, if this feature is available, or by contacting our support team at:
To protect your account security, we may require you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
2.Processing Your Deletion Request
Once we receive and verify your account deletion request, we will begin processing the request within a reasonable timeframe.
After your account is deleted:
Your account profile and personal account information will be permanently removed.
Your access to muah services associated with the deleted account will be terminated.
You may no longer be able to recover your account or access previously stored account data.
3.Data Deletion and Retention
We will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, unless we are required to retain certain information for legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or compliance requirements.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary, such as:
Records required to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements;
Security, fraud prevention, and system integrity records.
Any retained information will continue to be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
4.Third-Party Services
If you have used third-party services connected with muah, certain information may continue to be processed by those third parties according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Deleting your muah account does not automatically delete information held by third-party service providers.
5.Subscription and Payments
Deleting your muah account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms, such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You are responsible for managing and canceling any active subscriptions through the relevant platform before deleting your account.
6.Irreversible Action
Account deletion is a permanent action. Once your account and associated data have been deleted, we may not be able to restore your account or recover your information.
Please ensure that you have saved any information you wish to keep before submitting a deletion request.
